The Bratwurst is built for people who like a bit more character in their sausage. Made with Marque Pork and a proper hit of caraway, nutmeg, pepper, ginger, pimento and oregano. 

Inspiration: Pan fry or grill until the skin snaps, then serve simply with sauerkraut and mustard, or pile into a soft roll with fried onions.

Provenance: Each sausage is made in-house, and you can taste all the difference.
